Cricket the wireless company held a Dance Crew Battle to name their new "Cricket Dance Crew" and we decided to take the hip-hop company Alyssa is on "PointeBreak", to battle it out!
The kids did awesome and we ended up walking away the winners!! The team is now sponsored-they won $2000, and each kid received a cell phone for a full year with unlimited minutes, texting, the whole works!
For their first performance as the "Cricket Dance Crew" they performed at the U92 Summer Jam at the Usana Amphitheatre. The kids had fun, and it was an interesting crowd to say the least.
Look for the kids on YouTube promoting a "Practice Safe Text" campaign, and performing at events all year long!
